How much do you like ginger?

I went to Natural Grocers and bought a box of Ginger tea with honey crystals, and then went to Big Lots and bought 11 bottles of ginger powdered spice and a 4-pack of Reeds Ginger Brew drinks. I also have fresh ginger that I need to make into crystallized ginger.

I love it and at home my mom pretty much never skips ginger and garlic.

On certain dishes, she'll make a ginger and garlic paste to enhance the taste.

@Beatbox34 I make American-style bean chili but I always add ginger to it along with the chili spices, it makes it so much easier to digest for me.
