Chowdah would be along the coast. Poutine would be up near Canada. American chop suey is kinda all over. And steakbombs are kinda the Boston area AFAIK.

@SW-User Ohhhh, make sense! You touch the coast (chowdah) and Canada (poutine). I shoulda guessed that! I used to love going up to Jackson & North Conway skiing. 🙂
