@Vivaci You are bringing back memories of my Italian grandmother, who made pasta by hand. She had rolling pins of various diameters, and after the dough was stretched out, she would cut it into strips with a knife.
You know how much I love cooking all kinds of food! I’m watching videos of how the authentic Italians still do it everyday....I bet its a learned skill and once you get the hang of it, its much easier than baking bread.
