Going to a wild game dinner tonight, how many people would be interested in something like this?

I'd enjoy all that food, but maybe not rattlesnake. I would try it though as I've never had it. But I am sure my wife would not set foot inside the place if she knew any kind of snake was on the menu.

I am particular about meats but would love the fish,venison, buffalo and pheasant, and the wild veggies and mushrooms...hopefully some wild rice there too.

Count me in .. would rather have boar, venison, buffalo, elk, etc than beef generally and most of its better for you to boot

We didn't claw our way to the top of the food chain to eat tofu

Well, I've eaten Rabbit, wild boar, venison, snake (not rattle tho), pheasant, wild fish, & various wild vegetables, at different times. Personally, I see zero virtue in making it a thing and only offering those choices.

As a lifelong hunter .....Ive been to more than a few They are fantastic . I recommend the Pheasant Rattler Boar and by all means ELK if they have it :)
