what’re your go to breakfast foods?

i find it so hard to eat in the morning, what’re some of your go to meals?

Cold whole grain cereal w/ almond vanilla flavored milk and fresh fruit put in. Then a piece of multi grain toast and fresh squeezed OJ.

@soar2newhighs ive only been able to drink unsweetened almond milk, sweetened is just way tooo much
@gibty I had been drinking a powdered milk, but I started a change in eating...couldn’t get my clothes to fit! Anyway I’m on a plant food based regimen and one of the suggested items is soy or almond milk. So I chose the vanilla flavored one.
