@BoobooSnafu no, it's made by soaking rice and some kind of lentils together. It's then grinded with some water to make a thick paste and then it's left in the sun to ferment for 6-8 hours. Add salt to it.
Then they can be made like pancakes but they require some extra oil to be cooked and taste great.
