Why add sweet n low? I think it’s delicious without it...
@Vivaci what I sometimes do(I’m incorrigible) is before I mix the fruits up, I cut them up, place them in a large bowl, put sugar over them , toss the fruit coating the pieces with sugar and leave it for a few hours. The sugar draws the liquids out and when it5 time, I blend them adding water.
That’s a good idea...esp with sour/slightly raw mangoes or pineapple. But I prefer using sweet fruits like blueberries for added sugar @soar2newhighs
@Vivaci when I make a blueberry cheesecake, the sugar coating of the blueberries and the resulting liquid rendered becomes a base for the glaze for the blueberry topping.
Cool! I use bananas and blueberries for that sole purpose. Try to avoid sugar as much as possible. @soar2newhighs
