Sometimes I don’t eat healthy!

This is a broiled sliced NY strip sandwich on toasted ciabatta bread with garlic paste, sliced tomato, horseradish sauce, sautéed onion and A-1 steak sauce.

Thankfully I have two items that can be instrumental in meals I make. A food processor and a mandoline.
For example:,A steak salad: slice steak fairly thin, marinade, cook quickly and add to a salad of greens and/ or pasta. Make a vinaigrette and quick mix in the processor. Done!
