Can you eat the same foods for months and months?

I eat a variety. But I love deli tuna fish salad. I bought groceries last Friday and bought two containers of it. I opened one and began to eat it. y mouth began to burn and my throat dried up. It hurt so badly I needed a quart bottle of ice tea to get it doan.

I called the market the next day and they apologized and said they would tell the deli not to use "jalapsno peppers".

I called Instacart, who had delivered my food. They apologized and credited me $12.00 on my next order.
