Rice and chili?

@MartinTheFirst: Anaheim green peppers, kind of spicy but not too much...filled with seasoned ground beef, onions, chopped tomato, brown rice, and Monterey Jack cheese. They were the best ones I ever made and think it was the combo of brown rice and Monterey Jack cheese, hadn't used those before.

@cherokeepatti: This sounds so so delicious! I swear I just need to live vicariously through you right now. 😁

@Amaryllisflowers: they are not that hard to make if you have the time to do it. I just create my own filling, the things that I like and put it in them, sometimes I used cooked chicken.
