I buy cheap cuts of steak I cut them
Into small pieces and season w/s&p, cumin, garlic powder, powdered beef bouillon. Coat thoroughly and let sit in a sealed bag and let come to room
Temperature. Occasionally shaking the bag too.
Next a marinade: Frank’s hot sauce, melted butter, cayenne, red pepper flakes, a splash of red wine vinegar. Bring to a boil , reduce and simmer until flavors are mixed.
When cooled Inadd to the cut up steak.
Cut up green and red peppers, 28oz cans of dark kidney beans and black beans (drained and rinsed) 28oz can of whole peeled tomatoes,sliced onion, diced up jalapeño w/ seeds (optional)
Place meat in a large pot into heated oil and brown it. Drain any excess fat. To this add vegetables, beans and tomatoes. Stir everything, bring to a boil then reduce and cook over low heat for about an hour.

@soar2newhighs my mouth is watering...i didn't think anyone else liked black beans but me...
