Have you ever just eaten a raw carrot in a similar manner as bugs bunny?
It's actually not bad this way, and less fussing about too. One of the few veggies I'm really into.

@SW-User As part of a dish, raw and sliced up. To eat a large mushroom, to just bite right into it like, no, that would kind of weird for me UNLESS it was the trippy one. ;) Something about the texture of raw mushroom isn't something I like a lot of at once.
