what chillies would you use in cooking food...
green chilly vegetable
Red chilly powder flakes
Red chilly whole
Yellow chillies powdered
Jalepeno pods deep red//black
pickled green or red .

Depends on the food. I am not a fan of putting random peppers in stews etc unless it’s an ethnic dish. I like jalapeños in homemade salsa, red chili pepper flakes on pizza or in kim chi relish for example.
