what to do for Thanksgiving...

he brines a turkey and i bake bread...and he makes stuffing....and i make candied yams and i am sick of the apple cranberry stuff i make. what can i make to replace that for thanksgiving?

I make a cranberry-orange-jalapeño relish that is really good. I first sampled it at a grocery store several years ago, they served it with a bit of cream cheese and a cracker.
