Apple cranberry is a good base condiment with turkey - maybe you can add some other spices or fruits to improve it? Maybe apricot or cherries?
@fun4us2b i never thought about those...i am going to add Pears...how does that sound?

@LILY61 I like pears - their flavor is mild though and they may disappear. Blueberries is another crazy idea...
@fun4us2b i love blueberry muffins and that is it...the stuff i usually make has a lot of flavor so i thought the pears would calm it down

@LILY61 I bet it will be excellent! I'll be interested to know...
@fun4us2b okay...i hope the turkey is good. we always have to buy one that is too big and then cook other stuff with it

@LILY61 Yeah they are huge - last year we had to soak it in salt water because it was still frozen after 2 days - Wow, it was so good! Do you put marshmallows on top of the yams, then bake?

@LILY61 We did the same, plus whole Cranberry out of the can (next year I'm going to cut up a clementine and toss it in...stuffing with breakfast sausage came out great - I'm not a big eater - but it was not bad...
@fun4us2b i always use real cranberries. i don't like the jelly out of a can...*snobbery*
