Has anyone noticed that it takes forever for Halloween candy to go on sale?

I have gone to a Grocery Store and a Dollar store to see if I can get some cheap Halloween candy.
Yesterday there wasn't even a candy sale.
November 2 and it is a big 25% off.
What is going on with holiday candy sales.
Are they really trying to torture us?

Save it and put it into holiday stalkings and gifts...that is if you don't eat it first.

@Summer I like my candy though. Almost bought a bag of the small Milky Way bars. Just love that caramel.
