Do You Like Sour Cream?

What are your favorite dishes using sour cream? My neighbor gave me 6 pints of sour cream.

Make some no churn ice cream. Cut up a lemon and remove seeds. Place in blender with 12 oz of sour cream and a can of sweetened condensed milk. Blend thoroughly. Pour into loaf pan and freeze several hours.

@NoGamesTolerated Throw them in, they taste lemony, add vitamin C and the condensed milk is sweet enough that it still tastes fine.

@NoGamesTolerated Just chop up the lemon so it is more manageable for the blender. Remove the seeds, you don't want them in there.
