What's your favourite dessert / pudding

Mine is Manchester tart.
A short pastry base spread with raspberry jam and covered with a thick confectioners custard with sliced bananas and topped with coconut.

As far as tarts go, I like a classic French fruit tart. Yum!

Short pastry, spread chocolate, pastry cream, usually berries but can be a variety of fruits that complement berries that are preserved in a glistening sugar glaze.
