Add..garlic, peas and mushrooms to Carbonara? I Just saw an Italian girl react to Gordon Ramsey making it with those ingredients, she almost had a stroke lol.

@SW-User thats what the girl said! She went on a rant on how she lived in Rome for 8 years and the dish came from there and that recipe is trash..and she was so mad lol

@Dancingxghost I prefer it with cream and garlic rather than egg lol

@SW-User never tried that..I was taught with yolks and parmesan cheese style. The average style I find it rather creamy.
