Peanut butter sandwiches

Do you make peanut butter sandwiches with something other than the usual jelly/jam?

I have had sandwiches with peanut butter and...
bananas
anchovies
bacon
hot pepper jelly
hot chili paste (I am eating that right now)

(not all at once!)

@Spoiledbrat Some people like it on English Muffins. (Which, for people who have not seen them, is the American attempt at imitating British crumpets.)
