Peanut butter sandwiches

Do you make peanut butter sandwiches with something other than the usual jelly/jam?

I have had sandwiches with peanut butter and...
bananas
anchovies
bacon
hot pepper jelly
hot chili paste (I am eating that right now)

(not all at once!)
