Name the most delicious food/dish that you’ve ever had

@TwiddlerofThumbs I would if I could remember!! It was a few years ago, downtown somewhere just up from Pike place maybe? It was super modern and had only been open a few months when I was there. Geoduck is awesome if you have a good chef who knows how to do it. I used to cook them myself in butter, garlic, white wine, and onions when I lived off a beach and could harvest them myself.

@PNWLilly I cant get past how it looks. I hear I would love it..... was it japonessa by chance? I know there are others down there ... but that’s the only one I can think of.
We’ve talked about digging for them, but again, I just can’t cook it myself. Maybe if someone else did...I might do it.
