@Pfuzylogic yes, in the peanut butter, banana and blueberries, lentils are also excellent, cheese and avocado too, avicado and blueberries are super foods

I would challenge the peanut butter depending on the sugar content and also the popcorn cheese toastie depending on the salt content. But yes fruits and veggies are normally good except possibly the avocado depending on fat content.😌
@Pfuzylogic it’s high quality brand peanut butter (organic , 💯 rostead peanut) .. cheese is good source of calcium 🙄 ... popcorn is salted (it’s a guilty pleasure but I don’t mind once in a blue moon) ...you doubting avocado ...seriously ...who said fat is bad? Your body need fat 🙄🙄🙄 avocado is good source of monounsaturated fat 😖😖😖😖

The reason I included the nutrition is we will overeat to compensate for the lack of it in the diet. You will be fine.
