Name a food or dish that you hated as a child and as an adult, you can’t get enough of it.

I was doing an activity somewhere in Africa for people who work with children - so it was circle time with a ball. Ok, imagine your 11 years old.

I started:
My name is xxx and I'm eleven and my favourite food is spaghetti bolognaise. Actually I still like it.
My name is yyy and I'm eleven and my favourite food is maize and beans. Actually, I still like this too.
My name is zzz and...

Almost everyone said they still like their favourite food from age 11. I've done it in different countries, same result. It doesn't work at younger age so much - but 11 it does.
