They were delicious
Will use my loaf pan next time so I get more of the soft moist center

I like my dryer edges because the texture reminds me of corn muffins. But the inside reminds me of soft moist pound cake. (Because it is a pound cake recipe)

My husband loved them, he’s new to the low carb lifestyle and I’m really trying to give him an incentive to stay on it for the long haul.
