I’ve made snickerdoodles a few times they good. The one I get requests on are my gingerbread cookies. Plus I make a lemon glaze on top. They are bomb 😌

@SW-User Nope, just walking around the kitchen with a giant pickle, ignoring the DELICOUS-looking cake my great-grandmother had made. Dammit, tiny me. xD

Lemon really brings out the ginger flavor 🤔 I put lemon zest in the dough as well. Same thing with blue muffins.

@SW-User I really do!!! Especially after all of my dad's stories about how wonderful her food was! 😱 She passed away when I was 6, so I only have vague memories of her.

That is fascinating! There's so much I still have to learn about flavor and seasoning. 🤔
