Making banana bread

I've already made two banana breads, and banana muffins in the past month. And yet, I could go for some more banana bread right about now.

I make great banana bread. But I can't eat sugar anymore.

@hunkalove Just refined sugar, or all sugars? If it's just refined, you could try sweetening it with honey pure maple syrup. My dad has had some success baking with splenda and other sugar substitutes.
