Stir fried noodles with prawns

I think I bought the wrong type of noodles. It's so clumpy unlike the usual yellow noodles.

@Quizzical This is my first time using egg noddles. Usually it's yellow or rice noodles. It was a little harder to cook compared to rice and yellow ones as it dries off the gravy. lol. Not sure if egg noodles are packed with flour though.
