Oh that's great! I love kale and fresh kale, well WOW! I like to add it to spinach salads. A SW member recently gave me this recipe, but I haven't tried it yet - http://allrecipes.com/recipe/159199/sweet-and-savory-kale/

@Fernie: Ha ha ha! My next suggestion is that you take the remaining kale, drizzle it with olive oil, and use it to exfoliate!
