My neghbor just gave me an enormous bag of Kale from his garden....any suggestions? Don't be crass

this will be my virgin Kale Chips voyage

I love kale but I've never attempted to make kale chips either.

@NigelDoes: I use to live in CA too, I was in Long Beach, and surrounding areas. Sure miss going up north to the red woods. Ya can't even camp where we use to go, it's all protected now.

I love camping. One of my favorite spots is Lake Cachuma.

It's a beautiful mountain lake about 20 miles east of Santa Barbara. Really special place and the former stomping ground of the Chumash Indians.

It really is. Lots of oak trees and trails. I find it to be a very spiritual place.
