What's your favorite kind of food, from around the world?

Mexican food would top the list for me by default, but I also enjoy Italian, Asian, and American food.

I enjoy American food because of the simplicity and lack of overwhelming choice although it does get tedious when you have to choose between infinite number of toppings and fillings and whatever.
