Bought new stainless steel pots and pans...

I'm so over all of that "non-stick" crap. None of it works, and over time you end up with the coating from the skillet or pot in your food. That can't be healthy.

Cast iron is better but you need a gas or inductive cooktop. Stuff sticks to stainless toouch. I hear that regular steel pans are also good.
