I’m on a health nut streak. Dieting app recommendations?

I’m obsessed with eating healthy lately. Has anyone ever tried any apps that like give recommendations for nutritious meals throughout the day. For example:

“ 7:00 am ~ substitute sugary cereals for whole grains, try granola in low fat yogurt, fat free milk, etc, and the list goes on .”

I’m not looking to loose weight in particular, but I simply want to eat to a full potential, packed full of vitamins and minerals, and the like. I could just do a lot of research and create a eating schedule, but I feel like if I planned it out myself I’d go overkill on some food groups, but lacking too much in others.

Accountability comes with any app. MyFitnessPal seems the most universal. There is an app called Rise that is awesome but pricey.

Do some research on Blue Zones diets. Sounds like something that fits what you are looking to do

There are alot of things to try. One is Kefir but do read instructions before use.

Fruit and veg ideally raw. Minimise sugar intake.

Good luck🙂
