Whats the newest recipe you have tried that came out good?
For me it's banana pancakes. Just bananas eggs and baking powder. Kinda hard to flip but very good if you pull it off.

@PerfectIllusion sounds good. I made an upside down pineapple cornmeal cake. It took me 4 tries to make it good lol.
