Does it bother you when the person you're eating with picks off your plate?

It's one thing if I offer you some, or you ask, but to just randomly stick your fork in my food is rude. 🤬

It’s one of only a few things that really pisses me off. I love offering my food but taking my food without even asking is extremely rude in my culture and shows me as a selfish bastard so I give them my plate and leave.
Wow, how petty. @Sadwithasmile

@LukeTheDuke it’s a culture thing, how much do you earn btw cause that seems to get you westerners extremely hot headed.
@Sadwithasmile Yeah, I just gave her the rest of the dish and told her to finish it.
The walking off is too extreme. If you are unhappy with a friend or family member, you at least owe them a chance to know why you’re upset. Wouldn’t that be more reasonable? @Sadwithasmile

@LukeTheDuke when someone eats off your plate without an agreement in my culture it’s an insult to you and shows that you are a horrible person who never offers anything so they must take from you. Like I said it’s a culture thing

@LukeTheDuke I love offering my food, I hate eating alone and I literally beg people to eat with me if they are not eating while on the same table. We pull fists out when the bill arrives (even the women do) and we never tip. It’s how our culture works.
Ok I see. And I agree, eating alone is lonely and eating with others is lovely. @Sadwithasmile
@DreamyCrush how did that go down? Are you still friends?
