@TryingtoLava 😂 It's a pretty well known French cheese. Honestly I think it tastes better than Cheddar

@SW-User I do not think it smells one of the most pungent i have encountered is Blue Brie it has almost an ammonia smell about it when it gets soft like your picture above or Lindberger but I have not seen them about for a while now

@Longleggedlady Girl, Roquefort is on the top 10 stinkiest cheeses in the world. 🤣
Roquefort. Most blue cheese has a noticeably pungent aroma, but Roquefort, a raw sheep's milk cheese from France, is widely considered the most extreme.
I guess you've familiarized yourself with the smell.

@SW-User I guess I have had the most divine Roquefort in the region of France where it is made A really tasty treat is to take piece of Fillet about and inch thick make small pocket in it tuck some Roquefort into it and cook
SW-User
@Longleggedlady That sounds heavenly

@SW-User It is very nice with a nice full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon the other version is to make a Roquefort sauce I have had pork fillet that way as well
SW-User
@Longleggedlady Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent choice
