Wrong. Chicago thick crust is a hot disgusting mess of dough. It isn't even really pizza.

@AkAtSUki Word. It isn't as good but is better.. 90% of the time though when I mention their is a thin.crust Chicago style people think I am making it up.

If it isn't thin, slightly crispy but chewy in the middle, greasy, and folds then it sucks. NY style all the way.

@MethDozer the type of chicago pizza I like is the thin crispy buttery crust from aurelios.
You are right that some Chicago folks over look that. Personally I'm not a fan of deep dish though.
It's sad the thin crust is underrated.

I guess I just consider Chicago thin crust regular pizza as opposed to calling it Chicago style. It was decent when I was there.
