Ghiradelli makes the best in America, but years ago I used to buy small imported milk chocolate bars from a Dutch store in Beaverton, SW of Portland.
@NativeOregonian I love the Ghiradelli store in San Francisco Ca. Forgot to add them.

@Grateful4you I was at the factory store in '99 when I lived in Reno, thought I was in Nirvana.

Definitely Nestle in Europe. In US I would have to go with Ghiradelli

Cadbury is my favourite
My personal preference is See's although it's so rich and sweet I can't eat a whole piece because my face starts to flush red and kind of burning. DANG!

Either Lindht or gharadelli or however you spell it. Dove is also good
@MntoNc I'm not the spelling police. All three of those you mentioned are good.😜
the kind not harvested by slave labor and also the kind not used to actually make people more malnourished

I’m not as picky, but my wife is a big fan of Godiva chocolates.
@DragonFruit Apparently so do most of the respondents.

@SW-User that's a new one on me. Interesting. I bought my partner some chocolate covered coffee beans, (the expensive one's he really loves) Me not so much.
