Steelhead trout, also called Jack salmon, sauteed in butter

Baked potato or mashed potatoes made with the leftover salmon butter

Broccoli or Brussel sprouts with butter and lemon pepper

This is my "comfort food"

@Byron8by7 This is biased, but I chose you as best because my father loved Jack Salmon. It's good, but lots of bones.
