@hertoy well, beer has a lot of glucose in it, so it’s not like...healthy for you. Vitamins are a last resort, but yeah, I might try fiber supplements in particular

@ShaythePanTransMan Beer has wheat, barley, hops, & fiber. Just like bread. Ancient monks lived on beer for extended periods of time...
