Tis' the season for giving! There will be lots of holiday cooking. What are your favorite holiday cooking tips to share? Mine is:

If you find that your brown sugar is hard, stick a slice of bread in it and after a couple of days, it will be good as new!

If you need to cut cubes of butter right out of the fridge, run a knife under hot water for a few seconds and slice; glides through so easily without the chunky cold mess.

If you're using minced garlic, chop it up a week ahead of time, put in ice cube trays and freeze. Definitely saves prep time while making dinner
