I use a small knife but there are tools with little scoops if you have to clean pineapples quite a lot.

@cherokeepatti little scoops actually do the work very correctly,,, but require a hell of patience as they must be hundreds to be scooped

@KA9ha I know, I use a small knife to do it. Fresh pineapple is a lot more healthy than the canned type though.
