Do you avoid eating onions or garlic?

I was told and checked that there are people (mainly vegetarians) who avoid onions and garlic because they have the effect of 'aphrodisiac'.

To me, it's not a bad thing and vegetables are vegetables.
Besides, they were expressing like it's a bad thing.

To me, it is not a bad thing and good in many ways...but I don't go crazy on them.

Love onions, love garlic. I eat them every day.
"aphrodisiac?" That's a good thing. Right?

It is individual perspective.

People said it's not good for them because 'They can't concentrate!' or spiritual related stuff.

To me, it is good...because in a way, denying that is like denying who we are.
