@Mamapolo2016 Its already cold but I decided to put a little bit of the corn meal in the center of the pizza pan so the dough does not know that it can snap back - I have already stretched it to my desired size then sprinkle a little under the edges - thereby outsmarting the dough -

@Mamapolo2016 First making it from scratch was a novelty thing but after eating a frozen pizza Sunday from Trader Joes - OMG the difference from making it yourself .

@Mamapolo2016 I suppose anything homemade is best - the ingredients are what you pick out and you know exactly how it will taste -more or less - trial and error

Two exceptions: KFC chicken and Applebee's Fiesta Chicken (but I think they took it off the menu.).@MarmeeMarch

@Mamapolo2016 never had the fiesta chicken - and its been a couple of years for the KFC - I remember when I was a kid my mom would make fried chicken -----ooh dont get me started
