Do you make your own salad dressing?

I do sometimes. I have three recipes that I like. My favorite viniagrette: a variation of Greek salad dressing.

half canola oil
half lemon juice or vinegar of your choice
salt and pepper to taste
about a tsp of sugar or sweetener per healthy serving of dressing
about 1/2 to 1 tsp of powdered thyme per healthy serving of dressing

absolutely delicious everyone loves it that has tried it
you might need to experiment a little with the proportions but it will be worth it to memorize so you can just whip up some dressing in a little cup with a fork and have your salad. i dont recommend making this in bulk and storing it is messy and better fresh. makes a nice veggie marinade as well. another variation is adding fresh minced garlic and honey or agave.

Do youhave a favorite salad dressing that you whip up?

I do a slightly different spicy avocado vinaigrette a couple times per week. Apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice plus zest, chili of some kind, fresh garlic or ginger or both, spices, avocado and olive oil all whipped up in a magic bullet.
