Making a lasagna today...do you add a secret ingredient to yours?

Spinach is great in lasagna, imo.

Sometimes I use eggplant for noodles.

I like adding spinach or zucchini. Make sure the liquid is completely cooked out of it or else you'll have a soggy mess.

I might try that if its still good for your eyesight.. lol

Try adding cottage cheese
