How much should I charge for good quality hot dogs ?
How much would you be willing to pay for a hot dog on a food cart and would you rather have a soda and chips or just the hot dog?

It’s going to depend on your market. If you’ve got the cart in downtown Chicago, and you’re serving a proper fully loaded Chicago-style dog, you could charge around $3 per dog.
