What the hell is "Pumpkin Spice"?
And why would you let it anywhere near coffee. Even that revolting stuff that passes for coffee in America?馃ぎ

Considering how most pumpkins end up as jack-o-lanterns on Halloween and just a handful become pumpkin pies, I think it's just a continuous effort by pumpkin growers to find another use for pumpkins.
There's
Pumpkin spice coffee,
Pumpkin spice ice cream,
Pumpkin spice hummus,
Pumpkin spice cold cereal,
even Pumpkin spice Spam, would you believe?
I have not been tempted to try any of the above, and doubt that my taste for pumpkins will ever get beyond pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, which I always pass up if there are other choices, like pecan pie, lemon meringue, apple, blueberry ... which they almost always do have. Counting back, my last slice or pumpkin pie was probably 3 or 4 years ago.
Come to think of it, I'll pick aweet potato pie rather pumpkin pie when given the choice.
