Actually, now that I look at it, it doesn't look bad. But skip the fatty avocado.

@quitwhendone 😂 But it’s good fat! Good for people on Keto diet
@SW-User The Keto diet is waaaaay over-rated. A lot of your weight loss is muscle tissue.
SW-User
@quitwhendone How did you come up with that? Lol
@SW-User To burn fat, you need carbohydrates. If you don't have any available (and your glycogen is used up), your body breaks down muscle tissue and converts it into carbs to use to help burn the fat.
SW-User
@quitwhendone Well, actually you only need so much carbohydrates to burn fat when you actually burn it by exercising. Your body naturally burns fat every day without intense exercising.
The aim of the keto diet is to put, and keep, your body in a metabolic state called ketosis.

Our bodies normally burn carbohydrates for energy. When you restrict the amount of carbs, the body will break down stored fat, creating molecules called ketones to use as fuel.
A lot of people have tried Keto diet and gained amazing results. And Keto diet has also been approved by doctors.
@SW-User Yes, you lose weight but some of it is often muscle weight. How much weight do you usually lose per week on the Keto diet?
SW-User
@quitwhendone Nope you won’t be losing muscle weight
With loss of muscle mass, strength and endurance are affected negatively, leading to decreased functional performance." But your body shouldn't naturally go for muscle first in weight loss—if you're doing it right. ... "A person who is attempting to lose weight by not eating may lose weight in muscle first before fat.
I don’t think there’s an exact answer to how much weight one can lose per week on the Keto diet. Everyone is different in terms of their fat burning rate.
@SW-User Well, keep this in mind: It takes roughly a deficit of 3,500 Calories to lose a pound of body weight. And a surplus of 3,500 Cals to gain a pound of body weight. If you are losing more than two pounds a week, you are probably losing muscle along with the fat.
SW-User
@quitwhendone Keto diet won’t make you lose muscle weight because you can still consume proteins for muscle maintenance. Keto just makes it hard for you to gain muscle, but that’s not impossible.
Protein consumption post-resistance training promotes muscle growth; carbs, on the other hand, aren’t necessary for muscle growth.
