@Persianboy23 I make kebabs, cutlets, rice with Lima beans & green dill weed, chicken with barberries, saffron rice, rice with lentils, fessenjan (special dish), chicken with bademjan, bademjan kookoo, etc.

@cherokeepatti wow that's very good . I love fesenjan too (my mom cooks that awesome )!did you know in Iran people will make that in different tastes for example some like it sweet or some sour !(i love sweet ha ha )!

@Persianboy23 Do they always use walnuts or other kinds of nuts? I use pecans or walnuts. Both are really good, it’s very rich with a sweet and sour flavor. No other cuisine like it.

No we just use walnuts (dark walnuts ).the food will be in brown ! That's very well i love that sweet . we eat that with rice (our rice is something different from Eastern Asian countries ) we call it Persian rice
